Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026 TrueSide Marketing · Indianapolis, IN

TrueSide Marketing ("TrueSide," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us, or book a call, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide to us directly and information we receive automatically when you use our website or services.

Information you provide

  • Contact details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you book a call through our Calendly scheduling link, start a conversation through our website's chat widget, email us, or call us.
  • Business information such as your industry, website URL, current marketing activity, revenue goals, or anything else you choose to share when inquiring about our services.
  • Communications including the content of emails, chat messages, text messages, voicemails, and notes from calls or meetings.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to remember preferences, measure performance, and support analytics (see Section 5).

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from third parties such as our CRM, chat, and automation provider (GoHighLevel), our scheduling provider (Calendly), publicly available business directories, and referrals.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls or consultations.
  • Provide, deliver, and improve our marketing services.
  • Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, proposals, invoices, and service updates.
  • Contact you by email, phone, or SMS regarding our services (see Section 3).
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, property, and the safety of others.

3. SMS and Phone Communications

Important · SMS Consent

By submitting your phone number, you are giving us permission to text or call you.

When you submit your phone number through our Calendly booking link, our website's chat widget, or any other TrueSide Marketing intake form, you expressly consent to receive calls and SMS or MMS text messages from TrueSide Marketing at the phone number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice.

These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on your inquiry, proposals and next steps, service updates, and occasional promotional messages relating to TrueSide's services.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. You can also email hello@true-side.com to be removed from our outreach.

If you do not want to receive SMS messages from us, please do not submit your phone number through our forms or chat widget, or opt out as described above. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional communications you have specifically requested (for example, confirming an active client engagement).

Phone numbers and consent records collected through TrueSide are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations:

  • Service providers. Vendors that help us operate our business, such as our CRM and chat widget provider (GoHighLevel), scheduling (Calendly), hosting, analytics, and payment processors. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety. When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of TrueSide, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent. Any other sharing you specifically authorize.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and understand traffic, including standard web analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect site functionality.

6. Third Party Links

Our site links to third party tools and platforms, including Calendly for scheduling and GoHighLevel for our chat widget. When you interact with those tools, your information is also handled under that party's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third party sites.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as it is needed to provide our services, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or limit how we use it, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@true-side.com. You can also:

  • Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of SMS.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
  • Ask to be removed from our call list at any time.

We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or stored by us.

10. Children's Privacy

TrueSide Marketing's services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by contacting you directly when appropriate.
